Sushi Bar Glossary:

NIGIRI SUSHI:  One slice of fish over seasoned rice

MAKI SUSHI: Fish Rolled in Seaweed with rice either inside or outside; then cut into six pieces

HAND ROLL:  Seaweed made into a cone; fish, vegetables and rice inside.  Eaten from the hand.

SASHIMI: Slices of raw fish alone; without rice.
